Hey, you know what. It pretty much got fixed. Almost most of the fan speed is reduced for 80% of the time, and there are just random spikes now and then.
I deeply believe this is due to downgrading to BIOS 1.25, please check out the full video above and follow step by step. Try not to break your pc.

I guess its The Aspire A314-32 uses M2.5 × 6mm screws to secure the hinges

The screws for the back cover of an Acer Aspire A314-32 are standard M2.5 x 6.0 mm screws.
