well as expected didn't get any update on this page also, when i was reading this page i already know i will not get the solution here, i have seen ACER being very lazy in terms of software support my predator neo 16 struggled for about 6 months since the day i brought because the Predator sense app was broken by default 3-4 time windows reinstall from bootable pd didn't solve the problem, hours and hours of SC calls and waiting and same basic questions like have you updated your windows to latest, and all, until one day one nice guy from SC told me a hack use the Predator sense app for different model,

and i saw a darker side, this predator sense doesn't just worked properly it also had more features, like ACER does not want us to have this version,
NOW before some guy come try to teach me like all software are build for there model and all [Content Removed], let me tell you after a month or 2 the same version are officially given to lower end model.

when you are making so much mess in native windows env, how can someone expect LINIUX like support, may be thats the reason see more youth buying ASUS, MSI or dell and not ACER PREDATOR,

well if you cannot build one at least open source your Predator sense app so that Open source community can build one.
