What is your specific model? Ex: TMP658-G2

I believe this setting is for RGB Dynamic Lighting for things like a backlit keyboard. Most of these are typically controlled by one of the of the sense apps.

If you're looking for display brightness in settings, you would need to go to Settings>System>Display to find this option.

Other options: Left-Click the icons next to your date and time to access the slider -Or- you may have hotkeys for this on your keyboard.

If connected to an external monitor, this option may be overridden by the external monitor and need to be changed via the OSD menu on the monitor.
