Send another PM preferably on a weekday. Also check to see if any other moderators are online at the bottom of the Acer community home page beginning with their name followed by -Acer. For example, Bernie-Acer seems to be on duty right now. So send him a PM as well at this LINK.

Sorry to hear that Acer hasn't gotten back to you, but please be patient as Willian Acer will contact you back when he has a definite solution to this problem from his end, which is Texas US. Its also useful if you told him what country you are in, as if you are NOT in the US, I don't know what Acer US can do to influence this warranty except just write a reference letter with your name on it to Acer tech support in your country.
Otherwise, contact Intel and see what they say in regards to these 13th and 14th Gen cpu's extended warranty. Or if you can't get a result, then buy a new i7-13700F cpu which is about USD $330 dollars and make sure that you update the cpu microcode to the last Intel version 0x12F, see these extensive guides of how to do that below:

Hello, Acer! Why is it impossible to reach you, either by message or phone? Your customer support is non-existent. What kind of company simply ignores a user whose device failed due to your own fault related to Intel issues? This level of service is unacceptable.
I am deeply disappointed by this lack of communication. As a customer, I expect professional support, especially when dealing with a known hardware defect. Ignoring my inquiries does not solve the problem; it only damages your brand's reputation. I demand an immediate response regarding the repair or replacement of my faulty device under warranty. Please treat this as a formal complaint.

I have already contacted Acer Support in Ukraine, but they informed me that since my PC was purchased in a different region (USA), they cannot provide warranty service here. They instructed me to contact the region where the unit was originally purchased.
This is why I am reaching out to you and the US support team. I am caught between regions while dealing with a global Intel manufacturing defect that should be covered by the official 2-year extension.
