I get the exact same latency stutters (PHN16-73). I check the driver page weekly. No new driver updates or BIOS. Even though the BIOS download on the drive page says it was released last month, it was really released back in July sometime. It's just updated to last month with the exact same version number.

REPORT: ACER Swift X14 (SFX15-72G) Keyboard Not Function After Update Windows 11

To all respected members of this forum, I would like to report that my ACER Swift X14 (SFX14-72G) laptop is experiencing keyboard issues. This issue started after a Windows 11 update, and suddenly programs started moving on their own and the keyboard started to malfunction. I have yet to find a solution, and I have tried all the methods related to the keyboard not working, but none of them worked. Please, experts, help me with this issue.
