The last BIOS available for your model is version 2.04 dated 2021/09/14, which was released with a Windows 10 EC. Acer has not provided Windows 11 drivers on the support page, so you are now running with Microsoft generic drivers. These drivers will not work properly with the Predator Sense version designed for Windows 10.
You have two options:
- Roll back to Windows 10 to use Predator Sense as intended
- Stay on Windows 11 but do without Predator Sense (Acer Care Center will still work under Windows 11)

Hello all - Hope this might help some of you
I was experiencing same error but fixed by going to this page and updating BIOS drivers and firmware:
https://www.acer.com/gb-en/support/product-support/PH315-53/NH.QATEK.001/downloads?sn=11602496734
If you then make sure your BIOS is up to date (2.04 for me at time of writing) and IMPORTANTLY install v101a firmware.
Once this is done try to update again… I finally was able to go from 566 to latest driver by doing this.

Power adapter specifications
A compatible power supply must match these electrical output specifications:
- Input: 100-240V, 50-60Hz
- Output: 19V at 3.42A, for a total of 65W
- Connector size: 5.5mm x 1.7mm, a common "round tip" barrel connector for Acer products.

This 2‑in‑1 portable monitor has received some poor feedback from reviewers. CNET noted that connections can be wonky. Patrick Campanale at How‑To Geek reported: I could only get one screen to work. No matter what I did with the drivers, no matter what USB‑C cable I used, I couldn't get the second screen to even think about coming on. It was quite frustrating.
Given these recurring connectivity issues, it may be more practical to get two separate small monitors instead of relying on this design.
