Did this issue resolve after doing what suggested in reply ?

Because right now i am facing same issue with my Brand new Laptop Acer predator helios neo 16s ai rtx 5060.

Update your drivers and BIOS 

Outdated system drivers or a corrupted BIOS can cause startup issues. 

1. Visit the official Acer support website for your 

Predator 16-72

1. Download and install the latest BIOS update.
2. Use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant to scan your system and ensure all your drivers are up to date. 

Run a system file check 

Corrupted Windows system files can sometimes lead to settings not being saved properly. 

1. In the Windows Search bar, type and open Command Prompt as an administrator.
2. Type the command sfc /scannow and press Enter.
3. Wait for the scan to finish and report any findings.
4. If it finds corrupted files, type the command DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and press Enter.
5. Restart your computer when complete. 

Replace the CMOS battery 

If none of the software solutions work, the CMOS battery on the motherboard is the most likely culprit. If your laptop is still under warranty, contact Acer support. Otherwise, this is a hardware repair that typically requires opening the laptop case. 

If you are comfortable with hardware:

1. Back up all your data.
2. Remove the back case of the laptop to access the motherboard.
3. Locate the small, round, silver CMOS battery and replace it with a new one.
