Re: How to disable "Secure Boot" on an Acer Nitro V15-51 laptop?
To disable Secure Boot on an Acer Nitro V15-51 laptop, you need to access the BIOS settings, set a supervisor password in the Security tab, and then navigate to the Boot tab to disable Secure Boot.
Steps:
Power on the laptop and access BIOS: Start your Acer Nitro V15-51 and repeatedly press the F2 key as soon as the Acer logo appears. This will take you to the BIOS settings.
Navigate to Security tab: Use the arrow keys to move to the "Security" tab.
Set a Supervisor Password: Locate the "Set Supervisor Password" option and press Enter.
Enter and Confirm Password: Type in a password (remember or write it down) and press Enter. Retype the password to confirm.
Navigate to Boot tab: Move to the "Boot" tab using the arrow keys.
Disable Secure Boot: Find the "Secure Boot" option and press Enter. Select "Disabled" and press Enter again.
Save and Exit: Go to the "Exit" tab, select "Save Changes and Exit", and press Enter.
Restart: The laptop will restart, and Secure Boot will be disabled.

Re: PH18-73 RAM Speed only 4400, tried different slots or just using one stick and it's always 4400.
Hi @eGomes
Thanks for the info. I have attached the CPU-Z screenshots.
I'm very interested to know what you can glean from this information.
I've also just relaised that I previoulsy made an error and stated that I have 64GB when I actuallt have 96GB. The amount of RAM is definitely overkill for the intended purpose of gaming.
I do some photo editing using Lightroom Classic and Photoshop sometimes. As an exerccise I just loaded about 200 recent holidayu pics in raw format into Lightroom and memory use got to 45GB.
Appreciates the help.
Cheers
Mick
