I also have this issue, and unfortunately it is not anything to do with the doc being only 65 watts, I bought a second 65w charger and it absolutely charges the laptop but I have a targus and Dell doc both being 120 Watts which should be enough to charge the laptop and it will not, It gives it 45w or less this slowly kills…
