Okay, i did it. And after boot i got a message that bios is going to use default settings & my fan is still not spinning.

No. Not even with SmartFan in BIOS disabled. I will try it what you suggested. Edit: This thing what is should remove is not there.

The remove the Battery on BIOS i need to pull out the graphics card, and can get it out of it, because something is holding it in on the right side of the slot. And i dont want to make things worse tbh.
