Could be too demanding on your CPU and other hardware, or overheating. I'd suggest lowering the settings, should fix both. Let me know how this goes. You'll lose some graphics appeal, but hey, if it makes it more playable, it's worth it.

I believe that if you take the drive out there should be a way to get it out, like an emergancy eject. I know there is on some, but I don't know about that laptop model. Let me know if there is. If there is, just disconnect power and jab it with something that fits into it.

I think it was a limited time thing to promote the OS. I'm afraid that if yo want to use Win 10 you'll have to pay or use a VM. I was pestered by the upgrades and it is annoying. Hope I helped.

Odd. I searched too. I think you might have to get a Win 8 downgrade, if brummyfan2 can't help. I understand this is frustrating. I hope you can sort it ASAP.
