is it a hardware issue ? can i dont fix it ? i dont no if i can send the laptop to acer because i bought it from USA (microcenter) and now i live in Austria !!

i had boot the system on saf mode it worked very good without any issue and i maked res the windoes and delte avrey thnk it took too much time and i try the laptop right now i hope that's perty helpful

it' happen also when i work on the laptop like som simple fuctions copy, past and when i leave the laptop for a 15 mints and come back it's tak couble of sec. to worke pretty good it's the sam in this pic, sometimes when i click refresh !!! i'm really worry becous it's a new coputer thanks for ur replying

yes, it;s the sam issu also when i click "rifrish" sometimes take a time, mabey the probleb becouas of the baios ? it's version 1.04 and availbel now 1.11 ? thanks for ur rablying
