If i keep the hdd system wont boot

i kept it in other pc's it worked,i also tried keeping any other hardrive inside thats not working too,so i removed and using just with ssd,is there anyway to fals the bios?, maybe that helps

model no:helios 300 g3-571(2017) if i keep hdd its not even going to bios

i waited this long to not to update that way and get it normally,i used intel driver and support assistant but still it is showing the same error photo i kept in the begining

i am still on 1809,this is the error for installing 1903 which means i cant go to 1903 also i thought since i got it in the update normally it might not be buggy,is it better to stay in 1809 only?,there are some really good things in 1903 and i have seen friends pc on 1903 its good

Even same happened for me,i live in india,i had a problem with the laptop,the acer support agent said i need to bring to usa to repair, even though service center of acer are present in india, I don't why they do that

i have installed drivers from nvdia page only,one day i did nvdia driver from geoforce expercience app and windows update since then not working properly

First of all have you connected the charger,i think you are trying to play without charger connected
