Yo got a wrong card, that`s why it will not boot/work. AX211 is CNVio2, you need AX210 which is Wi-Fi(PCIe), BT(USB).

i have AN515-43 and have upgraded mine with AX200 NGW which works out of the box, I don`t see any reason why AX210 would not work.
