Hey there - I am not sure if it fixes your problem too but on my Concept D7 Ezel Pro I switched to the Wacom One Pen (which feels and works nice) along with a windows 10 App called "Tablet Pro Pen Tool" - it has a 30 day trial and fixed a lot of pen related issues for me. Hope that helps
