With Reshade, you can now play any game in 3D. Some tweaking may be required, but the 3D looks great overall. 1- download Reshade from: reshade.me (make sure you choose with full add-on support) 2- choose SuperDepth3D.fx 3- choose 3DGameBridge. Done, enjoy.

Thanks, but ripping movies will never give you the same original Blu-ray quality. Also, who has time to rip? I may be mistaken, but the monitor cannot negotiate with the Blu-ray player. Something old 3D TVs have it built in. I just wanted to ask. I think the only way to play 3D Blu-ray is by using a 3D player app on a PC.

don’t worry about that demo info, do you notice any tearing or stutter ? If not it’s working fine. Try any game with v-sync off.

You're welcome. For me the reason why G-sync may not show in Nivida control panel is because you need to enable it first on the monitor menu (step # 1).

you are right, I was trying to run the game directly from the app when that happened. after running the game outside the apps things looked alright. thanks for your feedback.

that's really interesting. thanks for the info. I have downloaded 3DFixManager and tried it with one of the games and I indeed get SBS. However, when I switch to 3d (by hitting Alt-G) I get black screen! any idea?

the 3d works fine. the pc sound speakers works fine. However, the monitor speakers don't work.

I can't wait; I wish they bring the gamer version first. There are a number of cool gaming monitors coming out this year with OLED and a high refresh rate. But I think the Acer 3D monitor will be the coolest. I wish it was 32" instead of the old-fashioned 27", but you can't have everything 😁.
