*Sighs* I am going to Wipe it, Back to factory. I am losing a lot of stuff, and this sucks but life is life.

It's happened again; It went away for awhile,stoped doing it i mean, but it's doing it again. I un-plugged battery, put it back in. I have turned off, un-plugged, removed battery, un-installed battery things etc and didnt work. Anywhere i can take it? To get a free answer? I have no money All spent on laptop

Also, my younger sibling was playing around and entered some random key. It partly worked but it then locked it saying id have to un-install then re-install. Now i can not get microsoft office back,..... Please help
