This will never be fixed. We are now one year later and nothing is done. Acer doesn't care about SpatialLabs Player, except for supporting new hardware (camera). And Acer doesn't care about this forum. Concerns shall be solved by the community.

Does the issue still exist, after you went to settings (in SpatialLabs Experience Center) and changed from side-to-side to 2d (or from 2d to side-to-side)? Me too I own a really expensive ConceptD 7 CN715-73G Laptop. It's a shame for Acer, that @Commodore_1995# 's workaround is the ONLY way to manually set its fan-speed.
