The problem occurs in both Windows and Ubuntu. I've tried safe mode and I think it kinda solve the problem . I'm using acer driver for AMD graphic card and last version of Nvidia graphic driver for RTX 3070 graphic.

I have last version of Windows 11 2H22 and regulary update it and last version of Ubuntu
