@Billofsky BIOS can only access in windows operating system but Chromebook is installed with google OS. So you can't access BIOS in it.

It may take 90 W, but the info i have given is what Acer recommends.

The display blurry got nothing to do with the fan. it could be something else. Just check the display connection once.
