I ended up buying the 500GB version, because I think it's enough for me. However, after having a hard time to find the right cloning-software (the one from samsung didn't work) the ssd works perfectly fine. Thank you for your help!

But it's not 17.3''. The laptop can do much more than 60fps on some games, so I feel pretty limited by the 60hz display (which is also not the brightest). But it seems like it either doesn't work or is too risky. Maybe someone wo already did it can report here in the future. Anyways, thx for your help!

Thanks, got it! It's 'N173HCE-E31'. Unfortunately I still can't find a 120hz panel with this model. Maybe the reason is the 30pin connector. I can't find any 120hz panel with less than 40pins.

The first 10 numbers of the serialnumber are 'NHQ29EG003'. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything on panelook.com. Am I using the correct number?

You wrote SATA, but does it also work with NVMe? (or should there be no difference in storage limitation?) Do I have to open it up for getting the part number or is there another way?
