Hi, use the HDMI port with a HDMI cable instead of the USB-C port, this desktop may not support USB-C video out, DP Alt-mode. BTW your header is in Dutch, the text in English and you are posting on the German language community?

Hi,
don't know why Puraw talks about USB-C.
Your Aspire XC -1710 comes with a regular Display Port.
I wonder why Acer shows in the Service Guide only a max. Resolution of 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz. Maybe the onboard graphics of the Intel processor is too weak for higher resoltutions?:
DP is directly connected to the onboard graphics:
The recent intel graphics driver is installed? You have switched the monitor setting to Display Port?
Regards
Jochen

Thanks a lot Jochen for this information, but it is all too complicated for me. I will try it with a converter or adapter.

You have a desktop computer with a Displayport and a monitor with a Displayport and you just need a displayport cable to connect the devices.
If your monitor also has a HDMI port, you can use a HDMI cable.
What kind of converter or adapter do you want to use?
