acer Battery calibration

Hello everyone.I bought spin 5 some months ago.the batter on my laptop shows the exact number for the whole time i use and the laptop shut downs automatically.i am trying to calibrate the battery but i am having difficulty and rather getting confusing answers on google. The only tutorial on youtube is for aspire and is too old.
so my question is while doing battery calibration in acer care center,as mentioned in steps. After charging to 100 percent,do i drain to 3 percent while using my laptop or let it drain without using it and let it drain over time automatically????
and second question is when do i start calibrate now.Do i start it after i have charged to 100 percent or after i drained it down to 3 percent???
third question- how long does it take on newer acer model like mine spin5 take to calibrate
fourth question- do the calibration actually work and show accurate reading or is the acer care center app just bogus kind of app.
anyone expert on this subject or acer suport.i thank you beforehand for your help

Scheinbar gibt es "nur" diese Möglichkeit zur Kalibrierung, wenn dein Gerät diese Supportet:

Ansonsten ist zu empfehlen das du dich an Acer direkt wendest und dies dort erfragt (falls hier keiner eine Antwort für dich hat), da in dieser Community keine Acer Mitarbeiter Antworten.
