Travelmate wont boot up

Hi,
I have a travel mate B113M it wont boot up goes to black screen and say press f2 to enter setup, when i press f2 presented with a black screen, i can hear the drive power on spin,
When i press power on and then hold fn+esc key i get bios details and is latest version but i don't see my HDD?

I cant clear the cmos no matter what i do, it doesn't work any way to set bios back to factory setting or flash bios with same version to reset it? bearing in mind it wont boot?

    It sounds as if the HDD has failed on it. Which OS are you running? Which HDD do you have? How much memory is installed? Those came with XP or W7, either 32bit or 64bit and you'll want to be able to match versions.

    4 gig ram, 500gb hardrive also bios was updated to latest version as it came with wondows 10
    im now getting 1 short beep after say 2 mins then repeats every min

    I also tried another drive an SSD which is know is good and has Robolinux installed on it but same thing
