How to find out m220 SKU with non-bootable device?

For use of the Windows Device Recovery Tool I need to know the SKU of my device. The tool says I should lookup this in the menu, but the device cannot boot anymore (which is the reason why I want to recover ...) - how can I find out the SKU? maybe using the serial number?

After the acer logo the device does only show a white sad face smily on a blue screen

    Wir sind hier im deutschen Teil der Acer Community - versuche es noch mal mit der korrekten Sprache, wenn du möglichst auch die erreichen willst, welche des Englischen nicht so mächtig sind, oder du postest dein Problem gleich im englischen Bereich.
