@Kno63 In Portuguese, the phrase "you are welcome", can be translated into "de nada" or " por nada". We use it when a user says "obrigado", which means "thank you" in English!

Yeah, and afaik the words "de nada" in direct translation mean "for nothing"! :-)"Gern geschehen" almost fits in every context. It means, if you translate the single words, "done with pleasure".In German we often use the word "Bitte" in reply to "Danke". But how to use "Bitte" is hard to understand for "not native german speakers! ;-)

I installed the graphic card firmware update. Didnt help. still same problem. But so far i experience it only in cs:go (Which i play 80% of the time)...oh man computers are crazy, such complex machines. maybe it's just such a little detail we all forgot about it and it would be such an easy fix but we never know, or there is a serial hardware problem with the mainboard or sth like that...egydiocoelho schrieb:Es ist nicht kompliziert. Es ist eigentlich grundsätzlich unlogisch, daß eine neue NVIDIA Karte (RTX 2060) nur auf bestimmten Geräten mit einem neuen, ja von NVIDIA explizit für die Karte geschriebenen Treiber, abstürzt. Was immer so ein Mißverständnis ist: Der alte Treiber auf der Acer Webseite ist ja auch nur ein "ganz normaler" NVIDIA Treiber, der nur von Acer für diese Notebookreihe getestet wurde. Da er nach dem Test für uneingeschränkt funktionstüchtig erklärt werden konnte, wurde er zum damaligen Zeitpunkt auf der Acer Downloadseite hinterlegt.Daß die heute aktuellen Treiber offensichtlich bei nicht wenigen PT515-51 Modellen zu den erwähnten Problemen führen und somit das Notebook nicht bestimmungsgemäß funktioniert, ist auch für mich unbezweifelbar. Und natürlich muß Acer hier für Abhilfe sorgen und notfalls mit rechtlichen Mitteln dazu gezwungen werden.Mich ärgert nur, wenn Leute, wie Sasha78 sich überhaupt nicht konstruktiv für eine Lösungsfindung interessieren. Wie im anderen Thread auch von ralppp beschrieben: Falls noch möglich, gibt man das Gerät als nicht funktionierend zurück. Ansonsten ist Acer in der Pflicht, den Fehler zu beseitigen, dann muß man halt den Service kontaktieren. Sollte es wirklich so sein (ich habe Probleme das zu glauben), daß der Acer Service Geräte mit eindeutigen Funktionsfehlern trotz besserem Wissen als angeblich funktionierend zurückschickt, dann müßte ich mir auch überlegen, ob ich weiterhin hier hobbymässig fast meine komplette Freizeit "opfere", um anderen Usern weiterzuhelfen. Ich hatte in den 6 Jahren, seit denen ich hier herumgeistere, nie den Eindruck, daß von Acer irgendwelche "linken" Dinger gedreht wurden.Hast du schon den Acer Support kontaktiert? Es ist ja schön, daß es die Acer Community gibt, wo Usern anderen Usern helfen.
