F3 und F4 Tasten funktionieren nicht mehr

Hallo,
Diesen Freitag kam mein Acer Spin 5 (SP513-53N-722Y) an. Es hat auch alles funktioniert, aber jetzt funktionieren die F3 und F4 Tasten nicht mehr. Die anderen F- Tasten funktionieren normal. Kann man da was machen oder sind die wohl "kaputt "?

    Haben Sie versucht, die FUNCTION KEY BEHAVIOR-Funktion im BIOS zu ändern? Sind auch das Acer Quick Access-Programm und der Grafikkartentreiber installiert?
