Acer Switch Tastatur und Bildschirm funktionieren nicht

Hallo und guten Abend an Alle,

ich habe ein Acer Switch (1,5 Jahre alt) und folgendes Problem:

Wenn ich das Notebook anschalte, funktioniert es ein paar Minuten ganz normal. Nach kurzer Zeit funktionieren dann aber weder das Touchpad noch das Touch-Display.

Wer kann mir helfen? Muss ich das Gerät einsenden?
