Hallo zusammen,
seit gestern muss ich immer wieder den Stecker ziehen, weil nichts mehr geht: die Maus, der Powerknopf, der Affengriff. Ich habe einen Aspire E15 mit Windows 8.1. Vielleicht könnt Ihr mir helfen.

OK! First inform if any led (power or battery) light up and then try these steps:
Ok! Informieren Sie sich zuerst, wenn eine LED (Strom oder Batterie) aufleuchtet, und führen Sie dann die folgenden Schritte aus:a) Disable the quick start in the power options and then disconnect the notebook from the power grid:
a) Deaktivieren Sie den Schnellstart in den Energieoptionen und trennen Sie dann das Notebook vom Stromnetz:
b) Disconnect the lithium battery and press the power button for thirty seconds and then turn on the notebook with the battery disconnected!

Hallo,ich habe auch einen Aspire E 15 E5-511, aber hinten -P7AT. Macht vielleicht keinen großen Unterschied.Ich habe das selbe Problem. In völlig unregelmäßigen Abständen hängt er sich auf, alles ist eingefroren. Keine besondere LED leuchtet (nur die Power-LED vorne links).Spannend ist, dass wenige Sekunden nach dem Aufhängen der Kühlventilator plötzlich auf volle Leistung geht, während er sonst kaum zu hören ist. Es scheint aber kein thermisches Problem u sein, denn wenn ich ihn dann mit der Power-Taste abwürge, kann ich ihn unmittelbar danach wieder starten, und alles läuft normal weiter - manchmal für Stunden, manchmal dauert es auch wieder eine Woche, bis das Phänomen wieder auftritt.Betrieben wird der Laptop nicht mit Windows, sondern mit Linux: ubuntu 18.04.Den beschriebenen Tief-Stop (also ohne Akku und Stromversorgung die Starttaste länger drücken) habe ich noch nicht durchgeführt, wüsste erst gerne, ob das im Fall von BrittaL geholfen hat.Hoffe auf hilfreiche Antwort!0
