Acer Aspire e15 ES1 512 Akku bekommt keinen Strom

Hallo ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Laptop und zwar bekommt er keinen Strom mehr obwohl es angesteckt ist vorhin hat die blaue Lampe noch geleuchtet nun leuchtet nichts mehr und es tut sich auch nichts bitte um schnellst mögliche Hilfe danke im voraus

    Hallo Bountyx3,

    wenn das Netzteil angeschlossen ist, aber kein Lämpchen leuchtet, würde ich als erstes mein Netzteil vom Kaltgerätestecker trennen und wieder zusammen stecken und einen Akku Reset versuchen.

    Wenn beides nicht hilft, würde ich ein anderes Netzteil zum testen empfehlen, ansonsten bleibt dir bei dem Fehler wohl nur dich an Acer direkt zu wenden :/

    Zuerst müssen Sie das Notebook komplett abschalten und dann fünf Sekunden lang diesen Akku-Reset-Knopf drücken:

    Dann lassen Sie das Notebook für fünf Minuten aus und stellen Sie sicher, dass das Problem gelöst ist!
    First you must completely disconnect the notebook and then press this battery reset button for five seconds:

    Then leave the notebook off for five minutes and make sure the problem is solved!
