habe es auch öfter heruntergefahren  und ist(PS: neu gekauft)

    was hast du denn für ein Model?

    Lädt es immer nur 10-15% dann musst du das Netzteil abstecken und wieder anstecken und dann wieder 10-15% oder generell nur auf 10-15% Akkuladung?

    Egal ob dein Laptop eingeschaltet ist oder im Standby oder ganz ausgeschaltet?

    Ist der Schnellstart in den Energieoptionen Aktiv? Den kannst du einmal Deaktivieren.

    Und falls du Schwierigkeiten mit dem englischen Text des Vorposters hattest:

    Trenne das Gerät vom Netzstrom und benutze das Batterie Reset Loch, das sich wahrscheinlich an der Unterseite deines Rechners (du hast ja leider nicht geschrieben, um welchen es geht) befindet:
