MicroSoft Office 10 (asking for product key)

I have had my Acer Aspire 7741 for 6-7 years now. It is pre-loaded with Windows 7 and Office 10. I have been using Word for years, but as of this morning I stated getting the message about entering the product key. Nothing has changed on the computer (nothing new installed, etc). Is this something anyone else has seen or heard of? I haven't had the product key for years now....
