My new Aspire E5 553 laptop restarts abruptly by itself, how can I rectify it?

I bought the laptop just few days ago, and came to know while working with it that, IT RESTARTS abruptly every time I open and use it for sometime. This problem was not frequent before in 4 - 5 use times but from then onwards, it restarts abruptly all by itself, and sometimes a bluescreen appears before it restarts itself automatically.

See, sir/Madam, I am frustrated to have a BRAND NEW LAPTOP being defective. Please answer me and rectify it as early as possible for seller refused the replacement.
