Acer Liquid Z410 touch screen calibration

I recently bought the Liquid z410 and it has touch screen issues at the bottom border, If I touch very close to the border it gets registered at the border, that is about 2mm below I’m touching. Doesn’t look like too much but, when a popup with Accept button appears to close to the bottom, I can’t click it unless I touch 2mm above it. That’s very frustrating. Anyone can confirm if this in fact happens to them? is this normal in Acer Phones, the cellular provider is Telcel and they don’t want to replace the phone cause "the brand quality is not as good so that’s is expected from Acer" that’s what the supervisor in turn told me.
