which referred me to my manufacturer when I enquired about an unknow device which didn't install or couldn't install. I copied and pasted the info I could find on it.. I don't know what to do about this and whether it is having an effect on my computer which is having other issues but for today I thought I'd share this one. Yes, I'm new to this site and I hope to find "persons" with the knowledge to help me get back to enjoying my computer instead of the frustration and feeling like an ***** most of the time. Thank you for your time and any assistance you can give me. Have a great day!
