RAM incompatible aspire v5-573g

i have an aspire v5-573g with 4gb fix installed RAM (H5TC4G63AFR-PBA)and a free slot. i figured out that i have hynix 4gb 1.35V DDR3 1600 installed.

Directly on the slot is written "1.5V" ! so i bought a new one, Hynix 4gb 1.5V DDR3 1600(HMT351S6CFR8C)...i also took care that the timings are the same (in the technical datasheets both fixed ram and new one are described as programmable anyway and it is said that the volts 1. or 1.35 don't bother because they are compatible with each other).

so i installed the new one....laptop couldnt boot anymore. So i did a bios update to 2.29. now win8.1N starts, but when i startet analyzing software (sisoft sandra, cpu-z) i couldnt believe what i saw: i now have only 4GB of RAM and ONLY the new installed is there...... i use legacy mode

 

what did i wrong ?

can i use only special RAM ??

    here the specifications for your Mainboard:

    You need 1,35V RAM.
