Aspire V3-722g only 2 of 4 memory modules are used by Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit

In my Aspire V3-722g I installed 4 x 4 GB RAM. But only 2 of 4 memory modules are used by Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit. It displays 16 GB RAM installed, but only 8 GB used. The Bios show me 16 GB and even with CPU-Z I can see 16 GB. I checked the modules, they are all OK. Also I updated my Bios to the latest 1.13 Version. Probably a driver problem? But I went to the Intel page and updated all Intel drivers and it doesn't resolve the problem. A haardware defect? Unlikelly - I can see the 16 GB in the BIOS in CPU-Z. A Win 8 setting? No idea - never heared of something like that.

 

Does anyone had the same problem and resolved it?
