Aspire v5 will not boot' what do I do?

I need help with my aspire V5 - 122p -0874 will not boot! I turned the laptop off, and it will not come on! The blue light is on? I held the power button 60 seconds, waited and five minutes later the Acer logo comes up on the screen. But nothing more. Will not boot up past this point! The laptop is only a month old, I barely have used it, its not like a crashed hard drive or something, I barely have any programs even installed!

    do you have the device with Acer sent to the service or how you solved the problem?
