My aspire E1-531 screen is black when I turn on the computer, what is the problem

I took it to acer office and the fault was registered as 'Mainboard TE11HC HM70 LF HM70/UMA' and it was fixed 7 days ago, now I turn the computer on and I'm having the same problem

    Try a power drain on this laptop. Here are the steps you need to follow.

     

    1) Remove the adapter (power cord) and battery from the laptop.

    2) Press and hold the power button for 10- 15 seconds.

    3) Then reconnect the battery and plug in the adapter.

    4) Turn the laptop on and check for the isuse.

     

    If the issue persists, it could be a hardware issue. You may contact Acer tech support team for further help to fix this issue.

    Thank you, it didn't work, took it back to acer office and it was re-logged for RAM problem, it's fixed now again, but I seldom use the laptop Smiley Sad I don't have much confidence on the acer aspire anymore. I have important stuffs on the system, scared it won't go off again indefinitely
