Limited Connection

Please help. I am at my limit.

I have an Aspire-E1-522. I once and awhile had issue connecting to wifi (I use bell) it would said 'Limited Connection' but after a few minutes. It would go back to normal.

About 5 hours ago it did it, I did my usually except it didn't work. Then it logged me out.

Sometimes I can get on, but it's Limited sometimes it says I have the wron pass code and sometimes it won't connect

Please help me.
I'm so confused.
