camera doesnt work at all

i get error

looks like something is wrong with your camera

is there a place i can get updated drivers!?

What error message do you get?

Did you use the upgrade to Windows 8, or install a retail copy? We do not offer a Windows 8 camera driver for this product. Does Windows list the device in Device Manager?
