Hi,

I've had my W3 tablet for a few days now, and I've had some serious issues turning it one after shutting off. Whenever I have any issues turning it on, I plug it in, but that only sporadically helps.

Please help!

sounds like problem a lot of us have had!!! this tablet has been nothing but a problem!! First I got mine and it would not start at all!!! dead!! plugged in and nothing!!! some say battery issue, some say updating bios helps, if you continue to have trouble you will have to send it in like i did! so far they have had it about 4 days and nothing, hopefully they will send back repaired right as you have to pay to ship it to them in texas!!! you can go to there web site and open a claim and they tell you what to do, try resetting with that small hole with a paper clip or a saftey pin,
