This must be the real deal! This will make regret exchanging my switch 10 to Asus T100.

Yes I agree, the keyboard disconnection issue rarely happens now

I find it hard to believe that this new bios will fix the button issue when we recently got confirmation that there is a hardware fix for it, but then again I don't really know what to believe about this anymore. I have not tried te new bios yet.
And as usual it would be great to hear something from Acer what the bios is supposed to fix other than:
1. Update Microcode version to 822
2. Enhance system performance.

I've just updated the BIOS to the 1.06 version and after 10 minutes the button is stuck again.
So for me, this update does not solve the issue.

Go for the warranty repair.

Sorry for my English. Problem solved. Helping me when this problem occurs when Windows stops responding button on the tablet:
1, off tablet
2, press the Windows button on the tablet and hold
3, while holding the button press switch windows tablet
4, after a full run to the login screen like the Windows button activates and operates the addition of sound.
They hope that this process will help.

I have upgraded the BIOS to 1.06 and upgraded various drivers found on the Acer support page, and at first I thought the problem was fixed. However, the Windows key has just stopped working again and the volume rocker switch is misbehaving as before. The keyboard lag issue seems to be resolved however. It's a great shame because I like the machine, but I am not prepared to accept the fault and put up with work arounds so I am going to send it back to Amazon for a refund.

We got the same problem with our newly bought Acer Switch 10 unit within 1 week of use! Windows button not working as if its stuck. This causes narrator to come up when volume button is pressed. We had it replaced with a new one. The second unit works fine except the magnetic lock that connects tablet to the dock is shaky. And there is a slightly bright spot on the LCD screen. We just lived with it, at least its not as bad as the windows button "stuck" and narrator constantly coming up. However after about more than a month of use ANOTHER problem came up. The volume keeps automatically changing, usually going down to zero volume. I thought its just a windows issue, so I tried some configuration like setting the communication device setting to "do nothing," but issue persists! I suspect its a hardware issue related to how the button controls was manufactured. A pity the design for the Acer Switch 10 is rather nice. It got marred by these apparent manufacturing defect.

Now I'm really thinking over if I should have bought the Asus T100 instead. Acer pls solve this issue! or the good design will just go to waste!
