Spoiler
In my Bluetooth Keyboard KT-1252 are not working some keys: 6,8,0,+,P,Del.
I think it happened after Windows 10 update, maybe it is not depends on the update.
Please, help with problem. Is it hardware or software issue?

Normally when you have a grid of keys not working it's a hardware problem, not software. Keyboards have some overlaying sheets that have traces on them such that when you press a key two or more traces touch each other, sending a signal to the computer when the traces short together. if a trace is cut, each of the keys connected to that trace stop working, giving you the symptoms you are seeing. Another thing that can go wrong is when one or more of the overlays gets dirty, blocking the connection. That usually shows up as a single key failure rather than a grid of keys.
