Exchange View-Only Administrator

The following error occurred while saving changes in Microsoft exchange server:

'You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this command. The following permissions are required to perform this command: Exchange View-Only Administrator and local administrators group for the target server'. 

I went to the Microsoft support site and followed directions, still no joy. 

 

Please can anybody help

 

I am running Windows 7

MS Exchange Server 2016

Acer Extensa 7630G-652G25Mi

    To run the Exchange Best Practices Analyzer, you must have the following permissions:

     

    • Exchange View-Only Administrator role or higher
    • Machine Administrator permissions for enumerating Active Directory information and calling the WMI providers on DC or GC servers
    • Member of Local Administrators group on each Exchange server for calling the WMI providers and accessing the registry and IIS metabase
