how to restore Microsoft office 365 without insert activated key

Hi All,

please help me to find out, after i restore to factory defaul, why my microsoft office 365 on my laptop acer one 10 not recover too. the office ask for activate key number.

appreciate if any one can help me to solve this problem

Yes, a factory default is going to reset back to a state before you activated Office. You can reuse your old key to activate it, and might be able to reactivate it through your Microsoft account.
