boot loop system tread not handled

Hi,

I try to install to my computer win 10. This ends to system tread not handled error and the computer boot again an again etc.

What happens if user recovery disk and use the system which says that user data is copied. Do it save office 2010

 

Or is it possible at all to go back to win7

    If you'll share your computer model it may be easier for users to provide help.


    Based on the information you've provided, you can certainly use the recovery partition (if it's still available) to go back to Windows 7. If you're not able to access it, you would need recovery media. Hopefully you have recovery media, but if not, you can reach out to your local Acer support team and see if they have it available.
