Windows 10 Crashes on Acer Aspire Switch 10

i recently got my mother a Acer Aspire Switch 10. When i installed Windows 10, it worked okay with some issues. When the computer started to crash, I tried to fix it by wiping the SSD and doing a clean install of Windows 10, but to no avail. The issues that I came across are, in order, the system would crash, the keyboard and touchscreen didn't work, and now it's stuck in a boot loop. I also wiped all the SSD's partioning. I need help, I would like to get my mother's computer working stat!
