I have an Iconia W510 which came with Win8. Later I upgraded to Win10 which was working fine. Now when I was trying to clean-install win10 again from setting>..>reset, it stuck in a message: A configuration change was requested to clear this computer TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

WARNING: Clearing erases information stored onthe TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys.

Press VOL_UP to clear the TPM Press VOL_DOWN toreject this change request and continue.

First I pressed VOL_UP and then I tried many things (turn off and on, hold and press volume up/down keys with power button etc.) but the screen remains same with the avobe message.

Please help!

Thanks!

My W510 has Trusted Platform Module 2.0. I have no idea why it would need to be cleared but those would be personal keys you have added.

Can see in device manager >security devices .
