Tip: Put your model number in the subject.

When creating a topic, create a good descriptive title that includes your model. The subject is the first thing another users see's when attempting to help, and if it is generic (i.e. "Windows 10 won't work") they may not take the time to read the rest of your content.

A subject like; "Touchpad stopped working on S7-392 after Win10 update" gives users a lot of information quickly, and if there is a larger issues, other S7-392 users will find your content and help highlight the scope of the issue.
